Hi, I’m Kev – a PT, a canoe/kayak coach, and a bit of an adventurer – but we can talk about that while you’re working out!
Whatever your goals, I’ll work with you to help you achieve them – whether that’s training for a specific event or challenge, training for a new sport, or simply to push yourself beyond what you think you’re capable of! So if you’ve got the determination, then I’ll give you the drive to:
Lose weight, tone up – and look better

Have fun, meet new people – and achieve your fitness goals
We’ll use whatever ‘tools’ will work best for you – whether that’s training individually, in pairs, using sports conditioning, bootcamp, indoor cycling, circuit training – and mix them up to keep it fresh, interesting and challenging. And exercises are also adaptable for ante and post natal clients, or L3 exercise referral too.
Sessions will be between 45-60 minutes, depending on your programme and my services include a full lifestyle assessment including nutritional guidance and postural checks – just to make sure you’re not undoing all the good work we put in!
