Hey, I’m Matt, a fun and friendly Personal Trainer.
I’ve been coaching for almost 10 years now – originally starting with parkour and plyometrics and now a wide range of REPS recognised qualifications and services!
My focus now is helping people ACHIEVE their GOALS! Whether that may be Weight loss, Muscle gain, Rehabilitate injuries, Nutrition plans, Obesity and Diabetes management and Training for Sporting Events.
I have a very strong focus on helping people recover from injury and rehabilitation.
